The Role

This isn't an ordinary business development role. You'll be at the forefront of redefining how liquidity works in crypto, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the entire ecosystem.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll drive our commercial growth across the globe, working directly with founders and leadership teams to solve their liquidity challenges. You'll have significant autonomy to build relationships, close deals, and directly impact our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close Opportunities: Identify high-potential token projects, engage decision-makers, and convert them into clients—owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion

• Build Your Network: Become a known entity in the crypto ecosystem through strategic presence at conferences, meetups, and online communities

• Develop Go-To-Market Strategy: Work with leadership to refine our outreach approach and positioning in a rapidly evolving market

• Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and deliver personalized outreach across Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email that cuts through the noise

• Collaborate With Traders: Work closely with our trading team to understand client needs and communicate effective solutions

• Track Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in market-making, token liquidity, and exchange activity to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Deal-Closer: You have 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (crypto, fintech, or SaaS preferred) with a track record of exceeding targets

• Crypto-Native: You understand tokenomics, liquidity, and market-making fundamentals—and can explain them clearly to others

• Strategic Networker: You build genuine relationships that convert to business opportunities, both online and in-person

• Self-Directed: You take initiative, develop your own strategies, and continuously iterate based on results

• Digitally Savvy: You're active in Discord servers, Telegram groups, and crypto Twitter—and know how to leverage these platforms for business growth

• Adaptable: You're willing to travel for key industry events across the UK and Europe and thrive in fast-paced environments

• Communicator: You're fluent in English (additional languages like Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are a plus)
